Meet your Instructors
Hedon (Founder/Instructor)
Hedon is a sensational finance professional with a passion for dance and cultural exchange.
His journey into Kizomba began in 2012 when he encountered the dance’s unique blend of rhythm, connection and expression.
By 2015, his enthusiasm had evolved into a vision to create a thriving community here in Accra.
A-Cube (Marketing/Instructor)
Akosua A-Cube is a skilled Marketer and Insurance Practitioner, passionate about mental health advocacy and promoting work-life balance. A custodian of African dance traditions, she discovered Kizomba in 2016, using it as a tool for balance and wellness.
As a dance instructor, Akosua teaches movement as a form of storytelling, inspiring others to connect, thrive, and find rhythm both on and off the dance floor. Her unique blend of professionalism, cultural passion, and advocacy makes her a dynamic force in every space she occupies.
Akosua (Administration)
Akosua has multidimensional professional expertise in Water & Sanitation, Organisational Management, and Human Resources (HR).
Her skills and love for Ballroom and other dances served as the portal to the discovery of Kizomba which has become an add-in lifestyle for a healthy work life balance.
As a Team Member, she brings her expertise in organisational and people management to support the day-to-day operations and the overall goals of the business.
Michael (Content Creator)
Michael is a dedicated Real Estate Agent, specializing in property management, rentals, and purchases. He is also a creative Content Creator, producing engaging content in Real Estate, Lifestyle, Destination, and Food.
His passion for storytelling was sparked during an event, where an invitation to create content unveiled his talent. A lover of Kizomba, Michael draws inspiration from its rhythm and connection, which influence his creative and professional pursuits. He combines his real estate expertise with storytelling to deliver value and inspire connections.
Wilhem (Procurement / Operations / Instructor)
Wilhem is a passionate Electrical Engineer whose journey into Kizomba began in 2016/17. For him, Kizomba is more than just a dance—it brings unconditional joy and has been his escape route from life’s challenges.
The Kizomba space serves as a safe haven, offering a transformative experience where worries fade, and a deep sense of connection and peace takes over. Through his love for the dance, Wilhem inspires others to find solace, joy, and community on the dance floor.
Prince (DJ / Instructor)
Prince is a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in building construction and property management. Beyond his professional achievements, Prince has a profound passion for both music and dance. His love for creating and performing music, coupled with the art of physical expression through movement, led him to discover Kizomba in 2016.
Since then, he has embraced Kizomba as both a DJ and dance instructor, sharing his energy and enthusiasm with the community. Whether through his music or dance, Prince brings people together to connect, express, and enjoy the beauty of Kizomba.
